Morphia provides AI-powered body analysis and generates highly personalized fitness and workout programs based on user-provided metrics and images.

Morphia is not a healthcare provider. The AI-generated workout plans and advice are for informational and educational purposes only. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any new fitness regime, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions. You assume full responsibility for any physical risks involved in following the plans.

4. User Content

You retain intellectual property rights for the images and data you provide to the App. You grant Morphia a non-exclusive license to use this data solely for generating your personalized workout assessments and improving the internal service algorithms, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
